The Arts Council manages the Old Armory Pavilion located on the corner of Bramlett Blvd. and University Ave., and it is available for private rental as well. The Pavilion was once the site of the National Guard Armory, which was slated for demolition in early 2015. Demolition was halted, however, when city engineer, Bart Robinson, noticed that the building's frame would work as a pavilion.
The Arts Council uses the pavilion to host outdoor events and to partner with local community groups who want to use the space. The Pavilion is also available for private rental.
