The brioche stitch is the favorite of the new hip designers. It creates a lovely, cushy fabric that is deceptively easy to knit. We will use two colors, but no worries: you only work with one color at a time! And it is reversible! We will begin a scarf (which can be seamed to create a cowl), and you will have all the skills you need to “bark” and “burp!”
