2024 Holiday House and Craft Fair Booth Registration - November 15th & 16th

Date/Time:
November 15, 2024 – 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
November 16, 2024 – 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (PLEASE WAIT until 3 p.m. to dismantle.)
 
Set up: Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, November 15th, 2024 from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. 
 
The letter was sent out with 2023 booth prices. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please see 2024 pricing below.  
 
Booth Fees: Booths with Electricity are $55 (25 available booths) or no electricity are $45 (50 available booths)
 
Lafayette County MHV Individuals, booths are $25 for booths with electricity and $15 for ones with no electricity - Pick your booth type and use code MHV2024 at checkout to reduce booth fee! This discount is ONLY for the Lafayette County Homemakers.
 
Vendors will need to provide their own tables/displays/shelves to fit a 10'x10' space. You may also wish to bring a tarp to cover the floor of the arena under your booth. Please bring your own extension cords if you need electricity. 

Please understand that spaces are assigned.

You are asked not to drive any nails, tacks, pins, or other objects in the floors, walls, ceiling, partitions, doors, windows, woodwork, or other parts of the premises. No open flames are permitted. Also, you will be responsible for cleaning up your area.

Reserve a Booth
 
Booths are open for community members seeking to sell cottage and homemade goods, art, or crafts. Booth spaces are 10 x 10 with booths with electrical available. If you would like a double space, purchase more than 1 booth in your transaction. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and displays.
 
Sales Tax Prepayment
 
$5 sale tax prepayment
 
Mississippi Promoted event law requires vendors purchasing a booth at an event to collect and remit sales tax.  The organizer of the event is responsible for collecting the sales tax. A $5 sales tax pre-payment is included in the booth fee. 
 
If the vendor sells less than $70 in sales the sales tax deposit will be refunded to them.
