The Mississippi Hills National Heritage Area is proud to present the Cole: Bridge to Justice Mississippi Hills Tour, a special five-city screening series celebrating the life, leadership, and legacy of Dr. Donald Cole. Through powerful storytelling, the documentary traces Dr. Cole’s journey from student activist and one of the “Ole Miss Eight” to respected educator and national leader in higher education.
Join us this summer and fall for a free community film screening followed by a discussion with individuals connected to the story and production of the film. The tour will travel to five communities across Mississippi, creating space for conversation around education, justice, leadership, and the ongoing impact of history on our communities today.
Tickets are free, but seating is limited. RSVP is strongly encouraged to reserve your spot.
