Brandi will guide you step-by-step as you prepare sushi staples including perfectly seasoned sticky rice, fresh ingredients, spicy sauces, and more. You'll create three signature rolls—the California Roll, Philadelphia Roll, and The Honor Roll, Social Studies Oxford's signature creation.
Your evening also includes tasty appetizers of sunomono salad and edamame, followed by a sweet finish with Matcha Panna Cotta served in a fresh lemon cup.
Each guest will receive a rolling mat to use during class as you learn the tips and tricks for making restaurant-quality sushi at home. Whether you're trying sushi making for the first time or looking to sharpen your skills, this class is perfect for all experience levels.
