Come slow down, breathe deep and reconnect at Community YIN yoga -a monthly evening series designed to help you rest, retore and connect with others in our community. No experience necessary-just come as you are. Feel free to bring your own mat and props if you have them, if not we will have limited amount available to use. And because community is about more than what happens on the mat, a portion of every class’ proceeds will be donated to a different local nonprofit each month. October's Nonprofit is Proceeds go to More Than A Meal!
Move gently. Rest deeply. Give back. Come take care of yourself while helping take care of your community.
